We collect: Identity Data (full name), Contact Data (mobile number, email, PIN code), Financial Data (monthly salary, annual ITR, employment type), and Technical Data (IP address, browser type, usage analytics). We do not collect Aadhaar or PAN numbers directly through our website.

3. Purpose of Collection

Your data is used for: processing credit card and loan applications, connecting you with banking/NBFC partners, booking consulting sessions, payment gateway integration advisory, regulatory compliance, and improving our services.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We share your information with: banking/NBFC partners (for product fulfillment), payment gateway partners (PayU, Razorpay, Cashfree, CCAvenue), scheduling platforms (Calendly), and cloud/technology providers. We do not sell or rent your personal data for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal data for a minimum of 3 years from collection, or as required by applicable Indian financial regulations (RBI guidelines, Income Tax Act), whichever is longer.

6. Your Rights (DPDP Act 2023)
